According to Sheikh Hasina, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, more than 100,000,000 Rohingya people are fleeing Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), crossing the border into Bangladesh, to flee the vicious military purge.  Myanmar villages are being burned and there are reports of troops beheading men, raping women and killing children.

Project Dosh is a humanitarian organization that raises money to help with social, physical and psychological needs of the refugees.  In the last year, Project Dosh has began several projects and successfully implemented them.

In August of 2017, the refugees came into Bangladesh and the world aid organizations became overwhelmed fast.

A year later many of the aid organizations have left and are no longer meeting the basic needs of the refugees.  Project Dosh has committed to stay long term to provide resources for both refugees and the host villages.
